Our faux floral designs are on-trend and MADE FOR YOU, not sitting on a shelf or in a box. Each arrangement is created individually with the bride’s vision in mind and offers her a sustainable, hassle-free alternative to the fluctuating high cost of fresh flowers. All stems are always in season too and will never wilt or die. You can be confident your wedding flowers will be within budget, be on-trend with current styles, and provide you with a coordinated, designer look. Flowers are rented and not purchased, which eliminates the waste of tossing fresh flowers in the trash after one use. Faux is fabulous!
Consultations are by appointment only. Once you submit your questionnaire, you will be contacted both by email and text and offered several different times for a phone conversation. Consultations are typically offered weekday afternoons after 4:00pm, Saturday mornings, and Sunday afternoons. Please let us know what fits your schedule. We can't wait to talk with you about your dream wedding!
Once we have agreed upon a time for a phone consultation, you will be asked to send via email or text inspirational pictures of what you want your wedding florals and decor to look like. We love to get whole Pinterest boards! Your inspirational pictures help us to get an idea of the colors and style you are going for and how simple or complex your initial wedding plans are. Every wedding needs these main areas decorated with flowers or decor: Ceremony aisle and backdrop/arch, personal ceremony flowers, welcome area, guest tables, sweetheart/head table, and dessert/cake table. Definitely tell us of other design plans you have! We have lots of ideas you may not have thought of!
After our initial consultation, you will be sent a mood board with some of our previous designs that fit your colors and style and a personalized proposal with all floral and decor rental prices and services you need to hire us for. We will then schedule a follow-up phone call to answer your questions and make requested changes. A formal estimate will be emailed via Square for approval and then an invoice will be sent with the requested 30% deposit amount. Your wedding date and projects are not booked until we receive the 30% deposit. Square allows you to pay via debit or credit. Cash and check can be accepted as well upon request.
We are experienced with arch and backdrop floral installations. We do not offer large ceiling installations at this time. We are open to discussing all kinds of options to achieve your floral vision, though, and try to accommodate as best we can within our current business model and liability restrictions. We will let you know up front all requirements of any floral designs you are interested in.
Delivery and travel charges will be included in all quotes. If an overnight stay is required, travel accommodations will also be included. Several options will be discussed and we cannot guarantee delivery will be available in all instances.
Faux flower rentals can go anywhere and there are a lot of options for floral rentals. However, our inventory of decor is not available UNLESS you also hire us for full-service decorating and set-up and/or wedding management. We know your wedding week is busy so we offer flexible pick up a few days before your wedding date and return as soon as possible after your event. Family or friends can help with pick up and return if needed. We will work with you to propose a plan that fits your needs.
